Welcome to COMBAT MARTIAL AND FITNESS CLUB, by becoming a member, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- Membership Types and Fees: Membership fees are payable in advance or before the agreed payment date & are non-refundable. Prices are subject to change with prior notice. Any additional services, such as personal training, will have separate charges.
- Membership Freezing: Membership Freezes and Cancellations-Members may request to freeze their membership for a valid reason (e.g. medical, travel).
1 month – normally no freezing privilege except for valid medical reasons provided with relevant documents
2 months - 1-week privilege or 7 straight days
3 months – 2 weeks privilege or 14 days straight days
6 months – 1-month privilege
1 year – 2 months privilege
- CANCELLATION & REFUND: Management may allow membership cancellation and refund application due to relocation or medical reasons with relevant
documents and submit to management for approval.
- PERSONAL TRAINING: Personal training fees determined by the club are NOT REFUNDABLE.
If a member is unable to complete their sessions within the original membership period, they will be granted an extension of up to 2 months to complete their
remaining sessions as one-time allowance. After this time, any unused sessions will be forfeited.
- Access and Usage: Membership allows access to all standard classes and facilities. Memberships are non-transferable.
- Health and Safety: All members are required to complete a health declare if any medical conditions exist, members must seek medical clearance before participating in training. Members train at their own risk, and the club is not liable for any injuries sustained on the premises.
- WORKOUT CLOTHES: Club members are required to their personal Fitness and Martial Art protective wear & clothes when training as well as sports shoes in Fitness training. Members should not leave their personal clothes and protective gear in the club.
- Facility Rules: Members are responsible for their personal belongings. The club is not liable for lost items.
- Termination of Membership: The club reserves the right to terminate any membership due to violation of the terms and conditions, misconduct, or failure to
adhere to club policies.
- ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES AND FOOD: All types of illegal substances are not permitted inside the club. In case of illegal substances usage, membership will be cancelled immediately without refund. Management reserves the right to report to authorities any such behaviour of any of its members or visitors.
Changing room users are requested to respect the laws and customs with regards to modesty
Taking photos during the class is not allowed
Member’s guest and visitors not allowed to enter the training area and not allowed to interrupt the training and coaches while in the class.
- Lockers: Lockers are for daily use only. Lost items will be kept for two weeks before disposal. The club is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
- Damage Liability: Any damage to club property, will be the responsibility of the party involved.
- Permission for Media Capture: Photos and videos will only be taken with the explicit permission of all members involved. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, kindly inform the staff by the time of registration. Media captured during classes may be used for promotional purposes on our social media platforms.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions: The Management reserves the right to review and update any membership, products, services and pricing, as well as its Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion at any point in time.
